Frametally is a free, personal project, run by Lawrence and provided as-is. The short version: be reasonable, keep your own backups, and I can’t be held liable if something breaks.
Using Frametally
Frametally is a free tool for tracking your own Fujifilm recipes. By using it you agree to these terms. Please don’t misuse it — no illegal content, no trying to break, overload, or probe the service, and no accessing anyone else’s account.
Your content
Your recipes and uploads are yours. You’re responsible for what you put in, and you grant me only the permission needed to store that content and show it back to you inside the app.
No warranty
Frametally is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or that data won’t be lost. Use the built-in export to keep your own copy of your recipes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I’m not liable for any loss or damage — including lost data — arising from using, or being unable to use, Frametally.
Ending use
You can stop anytime and delete your recipes or your account. I may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.
Changes
I may update these terms; the date above changes when I do.
